Before TGS was to start Konami had a conference at their Akaska headquarters, revealed that Konami's most likely important show piece is a playable debut of Metal Gear Solid 4. They also announced that there will be updates on other Metal Gear titles.

One of the other Metal Gear titles is Metal Gear Mobile, and Producer Takahashi said that Konami would indeed like to take the cell-phone exclusive game to other regions. Select Sony phones will ship with the game already installed.

MGS Portable Ops Plus English site is set to open Sept. 20th. The game has been confirmed for other regions and hopefully a release date for this game will be announced soon.

Japanese Players of MPO Plus confirmed that some of the new features are;
- Custom chat in online mode
- MPO and MPO+ servers are able to be played on.
- New type of voting system in online mode.

I have just watched the trailer, and I don't think that I even wanted this game before, compared to how much I want it now!!!!! It has actualy become depressing that I won't be able to get it at launch...
