Xbox 360 users may have noticed that it's been more difficult to get an online game going recently; That the service has been sluggish and three of your menu blades are stuck on the loading screen.
Why? Some colossal server error? Apparently not.
A little digging on the XBL helpline revealed that it's all our fault.
