At a time when people seem to be lamenting the "death" of the PC gaming industry, the famously famous Gabe Newell, along with the Valve team (of Half Life, Portal, and Team Fortress fame) have come up front with Eurogamer to discuss their thoughts on the state of the PC market.
It looks like Valve has a winner on its hand. The rather lovely first-person puzzler Portal (which was part of the developer's Orange Box) took home the prize as Game of the Year at this year's Game Developers Choice Awards.
