- Magic Materia
Magic Materia is comprised of the basic attack / curative / status spells in Final Fantasy VII. You'll likely find yourself relying on these much more than any other materia class throughout the game.

- Command Materia
Command Materia imbues your characters with unique abilities and skills that you'd otherwise have no access to, allowing you to develop your range of tactics beyond the default attacks and spells.

- Support Materia
Support materia augments your character's already existing materia spells and skills with different beneficial advantages, such as attacking all enimes at once, or making them more powerful.
