It's been an interesting few weeks for VGC, watching it slowly grow from a tiny alcove of the internet into a fully fledged gaming news site supported by a mature forum community.

And as the website nears its second birthday, its time to make an important announcement; by this time next month, Video Game Chat will be no more.

In its place will be a completely new gaming site that aims to move with the constantly growing gaming industry and evolve upon the groundwork that I set down with VGC all those years ago.

The name of this new site?
