A quick reminder to regulars and newcomers alike that the Video Game Chat podcast is almost complete and is nearly at completion, and (unlikely obstacles notwithstanding) will be launched this Friday, January 25th!



As the industry and culture slows down whilst everyone heads off to enjoy the holiday season, it's with the remembrance of an eventual year that the staff of Video Game Chat wish one and all an eventful and enjoyable holiday season.



As we continue to celebrate the relaunch of Video Game Chat, we are proud to introduce our newest interactive addition to the community; Visual Devices, the video game art gallery archive.



As mentioned yesterday, Video Game Chat will be receiving a number of upgrade, to expand upon our focus on community based gaming culture. To that end, we will be opening up the expansion of our gaming knowledge to you, the user, with the introduction of the Video Game Wiki!



Today, September 12th, is a recognised national holiday that remained suprisingly unrealised amongst most of the gaming community as, known as "Video Game Day". Although it not universally known, Video Game Chat has choosen to commemerate this special day, which celebrated our favourite past time, by relaunching our site with a new look, style, and new features!



The holidays are fast approaching, and everyone is about to pack up the internet for a few days, including most of the Video Game Chat staff, so we would all like to wish the regulars and newcomers a wonderful holiday, and a glorious new year!



A vastly overdue addition to the site, we're glad to announce to everyone that RSS feeds are finally available on Video Game Chat, thanks to Edman's wonderful expertise and free time!



Team Ico, The Judgement Ring and Raijinken join us as the newest frontsite affiliates. The FFOmega boards, the Team Ico forums and Cloud x Aeris boards also join us, as part of our new forum affiliation scheme.



Video Game Chat is proud to announce that voting for our first ever event - The Top 100 Games of all Time - is now open. With your help, we'll collect a detailed guide of the games that really stood out, and decide once and for all what game truly deserves the title of "Best Game Ever"



The month of August sees four new, high quality affiliates joining up with Video Game Chat. Devil May Cry.org, Dirge of Cerberus.net, Manaelf's Collective, and Floral Array.
