It was announced today by Microsoft that Mass Effect, one of the most highly touted RPG's in recent years, will be released on November 20th. The game, which won, in addition to 49 other awards, the title of Best RPG at this year's E3, is from the same creators who brought us Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic and Jade Empire.

If those two titles are any indication, I think gamers are in for one hell of a treat when this game hits. I believe I'll reserve mine tomorrow.

If people say it is as big of a hit that they believe (oh, boy I fear the hype like I fear mirrors), then I won't be playing for it for some time, I want it but I am not going to donate a kidney over it. I like to hear what people think of it afterwards.

By: Misha Aogail On: 06:52 Sep 1st, 2007 Offline	Yes, but let's not forget Bioware's Neverwinter Nights and Neverwinter Nights 2. Not neccessarily the worst, but there ARE things wrong with both games that can make a casual gamer look away from anything else Bioware has to offer.
