He's a legend amongst gamers, and he's also looking quite good for his age; today marks the 45th birthday of renowned games developer Hideo Kojima.

As well as being the creator of the giant behemoth that is the Metal Gear Solid franchise, Hideo Kojima has also being responsible for the creation of the cult game series Zone of the Enders, and Boktai, a game that actually required players to spend time... in the sun.

Crazy man.

And many other titles besides, spanning over two decades of gaming.
