DC to make Devil May Cry and Resident Evil comics

DC Comics have certainly been busy with grabbing some big name games to make comics out of such. These includes Mirror's Edge, Gears of War, etc....but that doesn't mean they've had their fill. Today DC announced they will also be working on comic adapations for both Devil May Cry and Resident Evil. These franchises will be released under DC's Wildstorm banner.

Neither franchise is new to comics. Wildstorm published comics based on Resident evil while Devil May Cry's manga was released with TokyoPop. No word yet on the expected release dates or development team for either project--details on them are due out next month.

By: Dragonfly On: 10:20 Jul 30th, 2008 Offline	These characters seem like a far greater fit for Marvel Comic's style, but I'm definately interested in seeing how these turn out. Especially the Devil May Cry one.
