Veteran MMORPG Ultima Online gets a shot in the arm

Electronic Arts announced today that the Ultima Online™: 9th Anniversary Collection is now available in stores. Credited as the game that launched the massively multiplayer online RPG genre, Ultima Online™ has become a phenomenon played by thousands worldwide. The new collection features exclusive Crystal and Shadow housing sets, in addition to the content of seven previous expansion packs. Rated “T” for Teen by the ESRB, the Ultima Online: 9 th Anniversary Collection is available for the suggested retail price of $19.99.

Hm. I used to play UO religiously. But now I can barely remember how to walk properly xD
The main reason I don't play anymore is because they delete your character and everything you worked for if you don't log on after 30days or something. At least that's what they did with mine 
It's really a fun game to play and I've wasted collective hours of my life trying to get my mage skills up so I could summon like 7 whirling blade thingies at once without the damn thing fizzling on me. Or killing things and animating them and having them kill for me. Ah, such is the way of the Necromancer. <3
Don't think I'll get it. Maybe eventually. |
