While New Zealand has a history of being more friendly to gaming's more mature titles than neighboring Australia, the word is that Kiwis will in fact only be able to get their hands on the OFLC guideline approved Australian version.

The NZ arm of the OFLC decided that the game was too graphic, and therefore inappropriate, for their nation's gamers.

I have to say that this really sucks for our friends down under. Nothing like having your government decide what material fully grown human beings can enjoy, eh?

Wow, Way to let people make thier own choices on a game. *sighs* I dont expect any less, I dont even know what version the UK is getting...
It'll end up with people importing the game, consoles....etc.

I dont know, I thought the two PAL versions were different in some way, I could be wrong though. =/

As far as I know, everything under PAL will work on a PAL console. It would be weird if they didn't.

I wasn't planning on playing the game, but this did irritate me when I heard it. I mean, ugh.
