You know, I'm having a hard time remembering an instance in which Nintendo didn't keep pushing back an eagerly anticipated title. It's like it's one the Nintencommandments or something. Thou shalt fucketh with thine customers by pushething back all cool games. Still, I'd rather have gold later than crap tomorrow. |

First off, I'm going to say that I'm not putting my money on this being true or not. I mean, Best Buy isn't the best place to check for release dates. The fact that they're saying "12/31/07" makes me think that they're just saying that it SHOULD be out by that time (which is the end of this year, making Nintendo keep their promise of releasing the game in 2007). And the fact that Nintendo's keeping secrets about this is really quite normal of them.. as they normally don't say anything about releases until a month or two or three prior. However, if it is delayed, then it'll mean the game will be better.. but another thing it'll mean is that Nintendo had better get some good games out there beforehand. Delaying all of the big titles so far back won't make a lot of people happy, as I've heard countless people say they're not getting a Wii until Brawl, Prime 3, Mario Galaxy, etc. are released. Nintendo had better make sure they get lots of good games on their Wii console this generation because right now, I'm honestly having doubts as to whether or not they can make it on top this gen. |

I'm not sure that they delay games for all the right reasons I can't forget that twilight princess was delayed right onto the Wii and then game out on the gamecube a scant 7 months after the inital release date. I have to ask was it better for the wait. | |||
