A member of the official Guitar Hero forums managed to get an advanced copy of Guitar Hero III. He uploaded several gameplay footage onto Youtube including the boss battles, interface and some of the songs.

For those interested, Guitar Hero III is streetdated for October 28th. This means a retailer cannot sell the game before that date otherwise they will be fined heavily.
