Just get the damn things out already, Squenix!

Today, Square Enix confirmed to the press that announcements regarding the well delayed European launches of both the westernised version of Final Fantasy IV for DS and the insanely hyped Crisis Core - Final Fantasy VII will be forthcoming soon.

"Regarding both [games], we should have some announcements being made public very soon," a rep told press today.

FFIV on the DS will be released in the US in July, whilst Crisis Core is already out in the States, and is looking likely be to heading for a June release in Europe, the incentive of a special edition with an art book being offered to those willing to wait.

Sadly, this isn't to entirely appease impatient gamers in Europe, such s myself, who just wish the game was here with us already. You can do better than this, Square Enix!

Maybe I'm an noob why exactly does it take quite so long to get them released in Europe? Is there some special translation I'm not aware of? oO

yeah actually.. most PAL games have multiple languages... french, german, blahblha blah! so they gotta translate all of them! at least the text xD

But the US has a chunk of the languages as well doesn't it? Such as Spanish and Canada would have French and I would not be suprised if there were more.

I think it's also the port from NTSC to PAL as they work differentley.

US rarely has another language.. and if we do, its usually japanese

Oh, wait, there is the manuals that are in French (never think about that, always throw them away) so that might be what they need to do. Though I can't say I've ever seen a game in French but that doesn't mean it dosen't exist.

Don't I know it, what's annoying is the fact that everyone in England and pretty much everyone in the UK speak English, so I REALLY hate waiting...
