I haven't the words. I'm so beyond happy right now it isn't even funny. As fanboy as this sounds, it's moments like this that remind me why I love gaming so very much. Thank you, Ubisoft. Thank you!! |

....deep breaths, Chance....deep breaths... Man, you have to pick this game up some time. It's on all three last gen consoles, and though it's getting harder to find in stores, you can still snag it online for a pretty reasonable price. Beyond Good & Evil is as fine a gaming experience as I've ever had. It was beautiful to look upon, fun as all hell to play, and the story was top notch. The ending leaves you breathless, to be sure. I had no expectations of it when I first picked it up, but since I remembered reading about it shortly after its release, I decided to give it a shot. It quickly secured a spot in my top 5 favorite games of all time list. That this game didn't receive more press and accolades than it did is a travesty. I am so thankful that they're doing a sequel. Yet, I'm still nervous about it in a way. The first one set the bar very, very high for the follow up. |
