This might disappointed some, but Sierra announced today that they'e taken the decision to delay Prototype until 2009. "Sierra Entertainment and Radical Entertainment have made the decision to shift Prototype to launch in 2009," said a publisher spokesperson.

Electronic Arts confirmed a set release date for Rock Band today... at least for the Xbox 360 anyway; the Xbox 360 version of Rock Band in Europe on 23rd May.
