I've heard a number of frustrations from other people concerning problems with Xbox Live over the last week or so; the reason for it doesn't come as much of a surprise. Here's hoping they'll sort it out soon. |

I am not surprised Microsoft shifts the blame to someone else. Is it anything new for them? |

*laughs* They're not that bad. Sure, their software sucks half the time and is entirely unreliable or the most part, but they do have excellent customer support. I think saying that the user is being "blamed" for the pronlem is probably the wrong way to phrase it. The problem was cause due to the over-use of the service, things that always happen at this time o the year, and they're doing what they can to fix it, hopefully. |
