Nintendo's Wii console, which has been on sales since since November 2006, has finally passed the 6 million sales mark in Japan. On top of this, the unique Wii Fit title has already passed the 2 million sales mark in less than 6 months.
Gamers getting fit? What is the world coming to?!
Reports dating back to March indicate that the Wii has sold around 10.61 million units in America, and 7.94 million in other regions around the world, mainly Europe.
If you combine all these numbers together, that means that the Wii has passed a rather impressive 25 million sales mark worldwide.
It's official. Nintendo have finally succeeded in taking over the world!
