If you use your PSP/PS3 for music and video content you might be interested in knowing that Sony has planned to release a 16GB Memory Stick PRO Duo sometime in March of this year.

"The new Memory Stick card stores up to 110 minutes of high-definition video recorded in 1920 mode and almost six hours of HD video when shooting in 1440 LP mode. About the size of a postage stamp, the card is the optimal recording media for HD content because of its ability to quickly and easily transfer large amounts of video content between devices."

So whats the downside? As always with the newest and largest memory sticks this one is estimated to go for around $300 bucks. Many of us PSP owners will probably wait for the subsequent price drop in a month or two.

PSP from my understanding, are bitch to record gameplay with (offtopic) and somehow I see this in yay, I can store more music and watch an occasional show season, and nay, as in too expensive and I want to to be used for more.

I really don't need a 16GB memory stick. Ahahaha. I've barely filled the 1gb one I have! The PSP's screen is too beautiful to tout the handheld around as a music player, and it doesn't have enough good games to tout around anyway. The price has to drop considerably for me to even consider this thing.... but I'll never get it. the 4GB one is insanely expensive and I wouldn't even upgrade to that.
