Europe Wins the Silver!

On October 12, European DS enthusiasts will have one more DS Lite color to pick from - silver. No doubt this new paint scheme, which was standard for the DS Phat, will look ever so cool on the shrunk down, much more coolified DS Lite.

So, those for whom the existing pink, black, or white options just didn't cut it, maybe this will satisfy. Although, personally, I'd like to see a firetruck red model.

Maybe that's in store as well.

Releasing a new colour scheme for the DS seems like an odd decision; the console doesn't exactly need a boost in sales or anything! *laughs*

But still, silver's a hot colour. If my current DS ever dies on me, I'll definately grab me one of these.

You may be waiting a while, my GB color from ten years ago works perfectly and it's Nintendo after all.

I don't have a DS Lite. I might need a DS from Europe to play DS games when I move to Europe.

HMMMM.

Maybe I'll invest in that some day. Silver *is* a hot color. Is it matte or slick and shiny?
