Today's update brought with it the week-delayed MGS Database and the new Pain Character Nigel, amongst other goodies.

PS3 Games Content:

Commando 3 Demo (Free)

World Of Warcraft Track (Free)

Call of Duty World At War Trailers

PSP Content:
Pursuit Force (£14.99)

A pretty good update, but we're still missing some games that we want, like Echochrome, and Elephunk should have been released today, so we're waiting on those, Sony!
