If the supposed "price cut" American gamers were to be the beneficiary of wan't debacle enough, Sony effectively jammed its collective thumb in the eye of European gamers at Leipzig today, by making it abundantly clear to Euro-Gamers that there would be no PS3 price cut for them.
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe big dog David Reeves said at Leipzig today "We're not making any pricing announcements at Games Convention at all. There's none. And we don't have any plans in that regard. We're really happy with the way that things are going for the PAL business. We really are. It's on track."
But, Sony did announce that several different hard bundles of its PS3 hardware would be available.
Woo hoo.
If Sony really desires to pull out of the nosedive it currently finds itself in, maneuvers like this certainly aren't going to help any.

Im not from Europe, so it doesnt "bother" me. But its really not fair. I feel the same way with game's release dates. I believe EVERYONE should get it at the same time. |
