Oftentimes when a series crosses from one console to another it usually means significant differences, and perhaps sacrifices, in quality or gameplay. The same cannot be said of the upcoming multi-platform Devil May Cry 4; the only noticeable difference here is the lack of differences.
The Leipzig Games Convention was kicked off the other day with a much-awaited look at Will Wright’s life-simulation game Spore. In a 30-minute demonstration the Sims creator showed the details of the game, which was announced in 2005 and is due for early 2008.
Hot on the tails of EA's announced new tracks for competitor Rock Band, today new tracks for Guitar Hero III were unleashed upon the legions of diehard GH fans by Red Octane, Neversoft, and Activision. They are as follows (and in my humble opinion are kind of...meh)
If the supposed "price cut" American gamers were to be the beneficiary of wan't debacle enough, Sony effectively jammed its collective thumb in the eye of European gamers at Leipzig today, by making it abundantly clear to Euro-Gamers that there would be no PS3 price cut for them.

On the first day of the Games Convention in Germany Microsoft announces updates for Project Gotham Racing 4 or PGR4. Which confirms estimated price, release date, plus several new vehicles in the game.
Over the past few months the developers have released details about the game such as:
Sonic Riders and Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 are set to feature on both consoles.
The Sonic Riders title will return in February 2008 as a hoverboard-racing spin-off called Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity. While Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 will hit the stores October this year.
The "Best of GC" nominees have been announced. To be eligible for nomination the games must be playable at the convection in Leipzig, Germany. The winners will be announced by tommorrow, August 24th.
More than 25 different games were nominated in 11 categories avaliable.
Sony has officially unveiled a high-definition TV tuner which plugs into the PS3 and turns it into a personal video recorder like Sky+. This multimedia addition will be known as PlayTV, allowing users to record and store live television shows on the PS3's hard drive.

A day before the Games Convention in Leipzig Germany, the MGS4 GC '07 Trailer appears on Kotaku.com. The trailer reveals 4 MGS4 Guns of the Patriots bosses, which stated by the latest issue of Famitsu to be the following;

- Laughing Octopus
