All posts, submissions, and entries are in ownership directly to those who inputted them. Video Game Chat abstains all responsibilities and ownerships for submitted data from a third party.

Video Game Chat and their owned subsidiaries collect information based on your account status. All information collected by Video Game Chat may be used in a criminal court if elected, but will never be displayed publicly unless the user´s choice is to do so. All email addresses submitted to Video Game Chat through registration will never be sold to third party companies, or shared to any individual who doesn´t retain access. Full names, addresses, phone numbers, and any personal information on any user who views or registered at Video Game Chat is not collected secretly.
