E3 2008: Resistance Retribution announced for PSP

Sony has surprised PSP fans by announcing a PSP exclusive expansion to the Resistance franchise.

Unlike the PS3 version the upcoming title will play from a third person perspective and the story takes place in between Resistance and Resistance 2 worlds, set a few weeks after Fall of Man, Retribution will follow the story and life of a former British Marine called James Grayson who is forced to kill his brother inside a Chimeran conversion facility and in a act of revenge, James goes on a bloodlust to destroy every Chimeran conversion facility he can find.

Unfortunately, the Chimera have found another way to convert humans and James must join the Mquis, a European Resistance group and fight against the Chimera Army

I have little faith in the PS3, as many already know, but the PSP is still a wonderful piece of kit.
