E3 2008: No plans for Shenmue 3... yet!

Simon Jeffery, the Sega Of America President has shot down fans of the Shenmue series by saying "There are no plans right now." Jeffery told Kotaku at an interview at E3
He didn't mention anything about there not being a Shenmue III ever, at all, so fans can still imagine.
Shortly before E3, rumours had started to spread about Sega bringing both Shenmue I & II to the Wii, which sparked the debate on whether a new one would be made, if the former game were a success.
Though, nothing has been heard about that from either Nintendo or Sega at this time.

No, Shenmue 1 and 2 were what mainly killed Sega, as beautiful games as they were, for the time they were released, they were million dollar games...and not that many people bought it. |
