Always wanted that lightsaber battle, or sword fight, which matched your movements?

Well now's your chance, as Nintendo have announced a dice which clips into the back of your Wii Remote, the motionPlus, which will allow it to track tilt as well as motion allowing 1:1 tracking.

As well as this, they have announced Wii Sports: Resort. Think of it as Wii sports, at the beach, literally. It includes games such as Frisbee throwing for a dog to catch, Jet ski racing and sword fighting.

Why put these two news articles together? Like Wii Play and the remote, Wii Sports: Resort will come with both a MotionPlus device and an extended sleeve for the Remote.

By: Dragonfly On: 03:31 Jul 15th, 2008 Offline	The Wii Motion Plus is going to offer up a huge amount of scope for Wii games that has really held it back until now. Whereas before it could only track direction relative to the sensor, this will allow it to actually read the physical movement of the WiiMote. Gonna be fun to see what they do with this.
