We love you too, Ubisoft

Ubisoft have just released the first ever gameplay trailer for the upcoming reinvention of the Prince of Persia franchise, lavishly played to the beautiful music of Sigur Ros.

And it's epic.

The trailer gives a good look into the how the new dual character combat system will work, as well as simply looking down right beautiful.

This game looks like pure win. Especially the combat system, with just you and your enemy, duelling.

I saw those other vids as well, and it's all just epic. Just sucks it's not out for the Wii.

If it were out for the Wii, it would suck. At least graphics-wise. If they were to develop it for the Wii, it would be developed for the wii first, and then ported to the other consoles with little visual improvement.

No doubt however that Wii will be getting it's own PoP along the same style in the future. Maybe not the same game exactly, but along the same lines. It's too much of a cash-in for ubisoft to miss.
